With over 25 years as a player and more than a decade as a coach, Ricardo has honed his skills to inspire and guide players of all levels. His expertise, passion, and strategic vision make him an invaluable part of the Pro-Football Academy.

A Rich Playing Career

Ricardo's football journey spans numerous clubs in Portugal, where he demonstrated his talent and dedication:

• Represented teams such as Beira-Mar, CD Estarreja, CD Gafanha, AD Sanjoanense, FC Pampilhosa, SC Alba, and RD Águeda.

• His extensive playing experience has provided him with deep insights into the game, both tactically and technically.

A Distinguished Coaching Career

Since transitioning to coaching in 2009, Ricardo has built an impressive resume, working with youth teams, senior squads, and competitive leagues.

• Pro Direct Soccer Academy (2015–Present): Focused on developing young talent and fostering excellence in football.

• Vista Alegre (2015–2018): Achieved success in both senior and youth teams, including a district championship win with the U-13s.

• União de Lamas (2018–2019): Competed in the SABSEG Championship with notable achievements.

• GD Gafanha & FC Cesarense (2020–2021): Guided teams in the SABSEG Championship, showcasing his adaptability and leadership.

• JuveForce (2023–Present): Currently leading the team in the SABSEG Championship with consistent success.
